How has your business changed in the past 12 months?
We have become more intentional about building visibility, authority, and stronger systems around the work we already do well. The focus is not just growth; it is growing with the right commercial partners who value dependable protection and responsive service.
Describe a failure in your career.
One lesson we have learned is that even strong service can be limited if the systems around it are not strong enough. That taught us to improve communication, follow-up, branding, and structure so clients experience reliability at every touchpoint.
What about your company makes you the most proud?
We are proud that EBS Security was built to raise the standard in an industry where too many clients have felt ignored or unsupported. Our officers, leadership, and client relationships reflect a commitment to showing up prepared and doing the work with integrity.
How do you motivate people to give their best?
We set clear expectations, lead with respect, and remind our team that security is a responsibility, not just a post. When officers know they are valued and understand the importance of their role, they are more likely to take pride in every shift.
