Short company description:

We help women understand what’s really keeping them from feeling their best—so they can reclaim their energy, elevate their wellness, and experience more joy, clarity, and purpose in everyday life. Well2Thrive offers in-person and virtual experiences and events, wellness and life coaching, self-paced content, and is adding retreats to their services.

What’s the biggest challenge people in your side of town face?

Well2Thrive proudly serves the greater Jacksonville area with both in-person events and coaching, as well as virtual clients to accommodate various preferences and schedules. True wellness and what that can look like is often not realized, which may lead individuals to settle for pain or discomfort. Something is better than nothing and even small changes add up quickly, and that is where the psychology of behavior comes in. Getting well and feeling well is possible – and women have the power to thrive.

What makes your business the go-to choice for side of town residents?

I hold a doctorate in health and wellness psychology and also earned numerous health and wellness certifications and credentials. I specialize in understanding where people are right now, what their goals are, what their pain points or challenges are, and then we work jointly in creating a path forward. It’s a path that is customized for each client as there is no one size fits all.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone new to side of town?

Believe in yourself, the power you have, and the possibilities and joy that come with feeling better.

What’s one thing people should know about why side of town is a great place to live or invest?

Jacksonville is a great community and active in many ways. Many resources are available to get involved in wellness activities, events, and groups. Choose something you enjoy. Enjoyment and connections are critical to our wellness and longevity.
