What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?
I’m just a guy, and hopefully when I am gone I just fade away and what remains stands on it’s own…
How has your business changed in the past 12 months?
Automation and AI and the public perception of these assets have allowed for us to really push the envelope on what is possible… So, almost everything we do, have done and will do has been revolutionized by it… Especially in the past 12 month…

What inspires you to keep growing and learning as a leader?
I am no one’s leader, I am just a guy, so, learning everything I can so that I can be a better ‘poser’ is most likely the only way to at least be a passable leader…
What impact do you hope to leave on your organization or industry?
We are hoping to change it all… When I leave this world I want to know that I left it better than I found it…
