What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

The biggest marketing challenge I will encounter this year is likely surrounding interest rates. Higher rates tend to discourage first time homebuyers, but dropping the rates encourages a rush of buyers, driving up prices overall.
