Who are your typical clients?Corporations, Non-Profits, Government, Education, Healthcare and Entertainment Industries
What do you like best about being in this industry?The problems customers need us to solve are ever changing and it allows us to be creative with our products and services. Every day is different and exciting.
What are common problems you see?Technology is changing quickly and the supply chain has been consistently struggling since Covid.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Create a strong relationship with your technology integrator and it will give back tenfold.
When is your busy season?Summer is usually our busiest.
What keeps you up at night?Keeping my company relivant and focused on customer solutions.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Being involved with our community and never stepping too far from the customer at the executive level. Stay nimble!
How involved are you in the community?Being involved with the Chamber and heading up several initiatives within the organization has been very rewarding. And several of our local CEOs have partnered together to bring more opportunities to the city through building Jax Tech Fest, as well as launching innovation right here in our city. So many incredible things happening in Jacksonville with now.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?I do not have a favorite but support several in our community.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?I would recommend that if they have no experience, to look at another option.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Spending time with family and friends and of course where would I be without my stress releaver of flying through the air as Aerialist.
