What challenges are you facing with labor shortages or supply chains?Not seeing too much effect. Bottom-up approach allows our staff to take accountability of providing the best service in the communities in which they serve. This provides our Company with agile decision making in response to changes in our markets and add talent as needed.

How do you ensure safety on your job sites?hired a director of risk management and safety and we apply stringent standards to contractors and employees to be trained and follow standards.
