What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Funding. We are targeting investors in Q1 of 2026 to augment our marketing outreach and ad spend.

How do you ensure cybersecurity and data protection across systems?Limited access and least trust security model. Also, our product doesn’t keep any PII over 7 days. In fact, most of the time, any PII is scrubbed after the job is completed (within milliseconds). We have a cleanup job that will run weekly just in case to remove sensitive customer data.

What trends are driving digital transformation?AI is revolutionizing how this will move. For better or worse. Some will hail AI as a money and time saver. While some brands will expressly market that they don’t use AI in their product. So AI will have an impact in both ways, in my opinion.

How are you managing cloud infrastructure and scalability?We host in AWS primarily. We scale automatically using triggers within Kubernetes and our network.

What’s your approach to innovation and problem-solving in IT?Dig in and research. Try to stay ahead of trends for the sake of trends. Dabble on the bleeding edge to see if the tech is viable or if it’s vaporware.
