What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?We work with the Creatio Platform. We move faster, keep the cost down for our clients and empower clients to do a lot of the work themselves after it is up and running. No long term service agreements and freedom to own your own automation.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Embrace modern technology; Trust but verify when it comes to AI, and always question the status quo when it comes to the technology of the past. Legacy technology equals modernization complacency.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Organizations are tightening up their spend. This means ensuring the messaging and solution offerings need to be more on point. The messaging needs to flexible, durable and industry specific. Supporting multiple verticals means a lot of work.

What technologies are having the biggest impact on IT right now? No Code and Low Code platforms as well as AI. How do we accomplish more with the limited amount of resources available.

How do you ensure cybersecurity and data protection across systems? Using trusted, secure platforms that have all of the proper certifications like Soc 2, GDPR, and HIPPA. Ensure data is secured both at rest and in motion using modern techniques, and always ensure you know where your data resides.

What trends are driving digital transformation? Simple. AI…AI…More AI..

How are you managing cloud infrastructure and scalability? We leverage both AWS and Azure in our solution offerings to ensure High Availability and rapid scalability during peak demands.

What are the key skills in demand for IT professionals today? Knowledge of AI interactions and Business Fluency. You can code all day, but if you don’t know how it impacts business, the code is worthless.

How do you stay current in such a rapidly evolving field? Use modern technology, to empower our customers and challenge the status quo everyday. The way we solved problems even 5 years ago, may not be the best way to do it today.

What’s your approach to innovation and problem-solving in IT? Try, try, and try again. Roll out solutions as fast as possible and iterate on them. We are not just talking about being agile. We are talking about engaging stakeholders as part of the development efforts. Getting feedback as early as possible, and rapidly rolling out functionality and drive business forward.
