About MaxLiving Chiropractic – SouthsideMaxLiving Chiropractic – Southside is a health and wellness practice in Jacksonville, Florida, focused on helping individuals and families take control of their health and live at their highest potential. We go beyond simply addressing pain by helping patients improve spinal health, movement, nutrition, mindset, and healthy lifestyle habits. Our goal is to identify the underlying causes that may be limiting a person’s health and give them practical strategies to create lasting change. Through chiropractic care, education, and our whole-person approach to wellness, we help people move from reacting to health problems to proactively building a healthier life.
What differentiates you from the competition? What sets us apart is our culture. When you walk into our office, you’re not just a patient, you’re family. We combine personalized care, education, and genuine relationships to help people take control of their health and live better.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers? Our care is part of goal-oriented system designed around each patient’s specific needs. We look beyond symptoms to address underlying issues, combining personalized care and education to help create meaningful, lasting results.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?A diagnosis does not have to define your future. If you’ve been told there’s nothing more that can be done, don’t give up. Keep asking questions, explore your options, and never stop pursuing better health and a better quality of life.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?I think our biggest marketing challenge in the upcoming year will be staying relevant and cutting through the noise while continuing to build genuine trust with potential patients.

What trends are shaping the health and wellness industry right now?Social media influencers are reshaping health and wellness. They’ve created greater awareness and access to information, but also misinformation and quick-fix trends. The challenge is helping people separate credible guidance from hype.

How do you approach holistic well-being with your clients or audience? On an individual, case by case basis pertinent to what the patients goals and needs may be.

What challenges do you see in helping people sustain healthy habits? We live in a world of instant gratification and constant distraction. The challenge is helping people stay focused and consistent when results aren’t immediate, manage the distractions competing for their attention, and turn healthy choices into lasting habits.

How do you tailor programs for different fitness or health needs? Our programs are completely individualized based off of the patients wants and needs.

What role does technology play in supporting wellness today?Technology can be a powerful tool for tracking progress, accountability, education, and understanding our health. But it can also become a major distraction. The key is using technology as a tool without allowing it to take over our time and lives.

Can you share a story of transformation you’ve witnessed? Katt was 37 and had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Her health challenges and pain had become so significant that she eventually had to leave a career she loved as a police officer. By the time I met her several years later, she was dealing with numerous health challenges and, understandably, a lot of uncertainty about her future. When she started care, she was dealing with migraines, depression, numbness and tingling in her hands and fingers, asthma, menstrual issues, urinary incontinence and pain down her entire back.

About two months after starting care, Katt walked into my office with a huge smile on her face. She had just come from an appointment with her neurologist and told me something I’ll never forget: For the first time, I wasn’t afraid of what they were going to tell me was wrong, because I feel so great.

That moment has always stuck with me.

Katt has continued under care, and she reports significant improvements in her quality of life and many of the symptoms she had been experiencing. But for me, the most meaningful transformation wasn’t any single symptom, it was seeing someone who had spent years worried about what her health might take away from her begin to feel hopeful about her future again.

That’s why I do what I do. It’s not just about helping someone feel better. It’s about helping people get back to living their lives and believing in what may still be possible.

What motivates you in this industry every day?Helping a mom pick up her kids, a dad throw a football with his son, or a grandpa swing a golf club again, that’s what motivates me. It’s not just about feeling better; it’s about helping people get back to the moments that matter most.
