How is the current market affecting buying and selling trends?It’s the mortgage rates. Some buyers are waiting hoping the rates come down. Some sellers think it’s a buyers market so they are waiting to list.

What makes a property stand out to buyers today?I don’t feel that there is one standout feature. Every buyer is different and looking for something different.

What advice would you give first-time homebuyers or investors?Two different people. I normally don’t work with investors. For first-time home buyers, the advice is simple. Work with a knowledgable realtor who will be at your side prior, during and after the transaction.
