If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Every child deserves the chance to master money before money becomes a struggle. Kash Kids gives students practical, engaging financial skills they can use now and carry into adulthood.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Our biggest marketing challenge is recruiting qualified teachers who enjoy a mobile teaching model. Demand is strong, but we need more educators to travel between program sites and help us serve our growing waiting list.

How is technology changing the classroom experience?Technology is making learning more interactive, personalized, and connected to real life. Through augmented-reality books, digital games, and creative tools, students can explore financial concepts and practice making decisions in engaging ways.

What challenges are educators currently facing post-pandemic?Educators are navigating learning gaps, attendance issues, shorter attention spans, behavioral challenges, and increased emotional needs—all while managing limited resources and burnout.

How do you support student engagement and well-being?We keep students engaged through games, storytelling, teamwork, real-world challenges, and opportunities to earn real money. We build well-being by creating a supportive space where students feel seen, capable, and confident about their futures.

What role does equity play in your educational approach?Equity is central to our work. We bring culturally relevant financial education directly to students who may not otherwise receive it, giving every child access to practical money skills, real earning experiences, and opportunities to save.

How are you preparing students for a rapidly changing world?We prepare students with adaptable, real-world skills: financial decision-making, critical thinking, creativity, entrepreneurship, and responsible technology use.
