How has your business changed in the past 12 months?
Starting a new company. I am another company Williams and WIlliams General Contractors and Engineering Management Company that I am morphing into WES.
Describe a Failure in your Career
Not understanding the importance of interpersonal relationships in business dealings and the importance of mentorships
What about your company makes you the most proud
WES will be the continuance of my work as the Director of U2C Programs while at JTA.
How do you motivate people to give their best?
I don’t believe you can motivate people. Motivation comes from within. I can encourage and provide education that will inspire personal growth.
