About Pure Life Wellness
Pure Life Wellness is a functional and regenerative health practice founded by Dr. Scott Oatsvall. It looks for the root cause of chronic symptoms instead of managing them. It combines functional medicine, bioelectric assessments (BioScan), nutrition and supplements, and regenerative technology, mainly the HealX Bed. It serves people with persistent issues like autoimmune problems, brain fog, chronic pain, gut issues, hormone imbalance, long COVID, fatigue and inflammation. It treats body, mind and spirit, with a Christian faith emphasis.
What differentiates you from the competition?
Pure Life Wellness takes an integrated approach to health rather than focusing on one isolated service or symptom. We combine personalized health assessment, cellular-health education, coaching, nutritional support, and innovative wellness technologies into a comprehensive transformation experience. Our philosophy is centered on helping people understand what is happening in their bodies and then giving them practical tools and support to make sustainable changes. The combination of technology, personalized coaching, products, education, and a relationship-based approach creates an experience that is difficult to replicate with a single-service wellness provider.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?
Our top services and programs are unique because they are designed to work together rather than function as isolated products or treatments. The Pure Life approach combines assessment, personalized coaching, cellular-health strategies, wellness technologies, nutritional support, and ongoing accountability.
Our HEALx-based programs are particularly differentiated because they are incorporated into a broader health-transformation strategy rather than being marketed simply as a standalone wellness
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?
Our biggest marketing challenge will be communicating the difference between Pure Life Wellness and the growing number of wellness, weight-loss, biohacking, and functional-health businesses entering the market. There are many companies offering individual therapies, but our challenge is helping consumers understand the value of a comprehensive, personalized approach rather than simply purchasing a single treatment. As we expand into additional markets, including Jacksonville, our focus will be on educating consumers, building trust, communicating our unique approach clearly, and converting awareness into long-term client relationships.
What is the biggest operational challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? Don’t just treat the symptoms—learn how to build a healthier foundation from the inside out.
At Pure Life Wellness, our goal is to help people take control of their health by understanding their bodies, improving their foundational health, and developing sustainable habits that can support a healthier and more fulfilling life. We want our clients to know that they don’t have to settle for simply managing how they feel—they can become active participants in their own health transformation.
What trends are shaping the health and wellness industry right now? One of the biggest trends is the movement away from simply managing symptoms and toward whole-person wellness and proactive health optimization. People are looking for ways to improve energy, recovery, sleep, stress resilience, metabolic health, reverse chronic illness and overall vitality.
We’re also seeing growing interest in biohacking, frequency-based wellness, red and infrared light, vibration and sound therapies, biometrics, and personalized wellness technology. At Pure Life Wellness, we believe these technologies are most valuable when they’re combined with foundational principles such as nutrition, movement, hydration, rest, and stress management.
How do you approach holistic well-being with your clients or audience? We look at the person as a whole—not just a symptom or a number on a lab report.
Our approach combines nutrition, lifestyle, movement, recovery, cellular support, and frequency-based technologies designed to create an environment in which the body’s natural processes can function optimally. We use tools such as bio energetic feedback, frequency testing, red and infrared light, vibration/acoustic therapies, and our HEALx zero point energy technology as complementary components of a broader wellness strategy.
Our philosophy is simple: don’t just chase symptoms; nurture the whole person.
What challenges do you see in helping people sustain healthy habits? The biggest challenge is that people want transformation, but many have been taught to look for a quick fix.
Real transformation requires consistency. People have to change what they’re doing every day—how they eat, sleep, move, recover, and manage stress.
That’s why we try to make wellness experiential and measurable. When people can see changes in their body composition, energy, recovery, and overall well-being, and actually experience the difference from the therapies we’re using, it can help create the motivation to stay committed.
How do you tailor programs for different fitness or health needs? We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
We begin by understanding the individual—where they are now, what their goals are, and what areas they want to improve. We can use tools such as body-composition analysis and our biological wellness assessment, along with lifestyle and nutritional information, to help develop an individualized program.
Someone looking for better athletic recovery may have a very different program from someone focused on metabolic health, weight management, stress reduction, or even a life threatening health challenge.
What role does technology play in supporting wellness today? Technology is becoming an incredible tool for personalization and consistency.
We’re entering an era where wellness technology can help us measure more, personalize more, and provide people with experiences that support their health goals. Frequency-based technologies are particularly powerful because they allow us to explore approaches involving specific frequencies, light, vibration, sound, and energy-based modalities as complementary wellness tools.
At Pure Life Wellness, technology doesn’t replace the human relationship. It enhances it. The technology gives us additional tools; our job is to help people understand how to use those tools within a comprehensive wellness plan.
Can you share a story of transformation you've witnessed? One of the most rewarding things I’ve witnessed is seeing someone come in who feels like they’ve lost control of their health and their energy, and then watching them regain confidence as they begin making changes.
Rather than focusing on one magic treatment, we address multiple foundations—nutrition, hydration, movement, recovery, lifestyle, and supportive technologies such as frequency-based therapies, light, and vibration.
The transformation isn’t just physical. Their energy changes. Their confidence changes. Their outlook changes. And eventually they begin to see themselves as someone who can actually take control of their health and life again.
That’s the kind of transformation we’re ultimately pursuing.
What motivates you in this industry every day? What motivates me is seeing people get healthy and experience hope again.
I believe the human body was created with remarkable capacity for healing, adaptation, and restoration. My role isn’t to promise a miracle or claim that one technology can fix everything. My role is to help create the environment, knowledge, tools, and support that can help people pursue optimal levels of health at the cellular level, just the way God designed the body to heal.
Frequency-based wellness is exciting because we’re continuing to learn about how the body responds to different forms of energy, light, sound, vibration, and electromagnetic stimulation.
But ultimately, the technology isn’t what motivates me.
People are.
When someone tells me, “I have my energy back,” “I feel like myself again,” or “I finally have hope,” that’s why I do what I do.
Our mission statement is “we educate people how to get healthy at the cellular level while we nurture you the whole person, mind, body and spirit.
