What technologies are having the biggest impact on IT right now? Generative/agentic AI and AI-native development platforms are having the biggest impact across IT—changing how software is built, deployed, and supported, while forcing stronger AI governance and security controls. In healthcare, the most disruptive mix is GenAI plus data governance/interoperability and cybersecurity modernization to protect clinical and operational workflows. In military/defense and government, adoption is being driven by AI decision-support and increasing autonomy (especially in drones) alongside Zero Trust and cyber resilience at mission scale.

How do you ensure cybersecurity and data protection across systems? We use a secure-by-design approach: threat modeling and security requirements up front, Zero Trust access (MFA/SSO, least privilege), and encryption in transit/at rest. We enforce a Secure SDLC with code reviews plus automated SAST/DAST and dependency scanning in CI/CD, then monitor with centralized logging/alerts and incident-ready playbooks.

What trends are driving digital transformation? Digital transformation is being driven by GenAI/automation, cloud modernization, and rising cybersecurity and compliance demands. Organizations are also investing in better data platforms and interoperability to enable faster, measurable outcomes across systems.

How are you managing cloud infrastructure and scalability? We manage cloud infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/ARM), CI/CD automation, and standardized cloud landing zones. Scalability is handled through containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), autoscaling, caching, and performance monitoring—tuned to SLAs and cost controls.

What are the key skills in demand for IT professionals today? The most in-demand IT skills today are AI/ML (especially GenAI), cloud-native engineering (Azure/AWS, Kubernetes), cybersecurity/Zero Trust, and modern software development (.NET, APIs, microservices, DevOps/CI/CD).
