About Blessing Others All The Time, Inc BOATTBlessing Others All The Time, Inc. (BOATT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals and families in need throughout Duval and surrounding counties. We provide food assistance, homeless outreach, Veteran support, school supplies, emergency assistance, and other essential resources to help strengthen and uplift our community.
What differentiates you from the competition?BOATT stands out through our hands-on, personal approach to service. We meet people where they are, respond to real community needs, and build lasting partnerships while serving with compassion, dignity, and consistency.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers? Our services are unique because we address multiple needs under one mission from food and school supplies to Veteran, homelessness, and emergency support; providing compassionate, hands-on assistance where it is needed most.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?At BOATT, every act of kindness matters. Whether you need support or want to help someone else, we are committed to serving with compassion, dignity, and love because together, we can make a lasting difference. Everyone matters!
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? Our biggest marketing challenge is increasing BOATT’s visibility and reaching new supporters, donors, and corporate partners while operating with limited marketing resources and an all-volunteer team.

What is the core mission of your organization?BOATT’s core mission is to serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness or hardship by providing essential resources, including food, personal care items, school supplies, Veteran support, and emergency assistance, while connecting them to resources that promote stability and self-sufficiency.

How do you measure impact and success in your programs? We measure impact by tracking the number of individuals and families served, resources distributed, program participation, and successful referrals to community resources. We also gather feedback from those we serve. our volunteers and our partners to evaluate needs, improve our programs, and ensure our services are making a meaningful difference.

What are your biggest fundraising or outreach challenges? Our biggest challenges are securing consistent, sustainable funding and increasing awareness of BOATT’s impact. As community needs continue to grow, we must expand our donor base, build more corporate partnerships, and reach new supporters while continuing to provide quality services with limited resources. The need is great, but the funding is limited.

How do you build long-term relationships with donors and supporters? We build long-term relationships by treating donors and supporters as valued partners in our mission. We communicate regularly, express appreciation, share the impact of their support, recognize their contributions, and create opportunities for them to see firsthand how their generosity changes lives. We love providing pictures of what we have done in the community so they can see what we are doing.

What trends are influencing the nonprofit world today?Nonprofits are being influenced by increased community needs, competition for funding, greater demand for measurable impact, and the importance of strong partnerships. Digital outreach, donor engagement, transparency, and collaboration are also becoming essential for long-term sustainability.

Can you share a story that shows your mission in action? One story that reflects our mission involved an individual experiencing homelessness who needed more than food and personal care items, he needed help moving forward. BOATT assisted him with obtaining important identification documents and connected him with additional community resources. Seeing him take steps toward stability reminded us that our mission is not simply about meeting an immediate need; it is about giving people hope, dignity, and a pathway toward self-sufficiency. This is what “Blessing Others All The Time” means to us; meeting people where they are and helping them take their next step. It is also about following up and continue being a resource if they need it.

What keeps you motivated in this work? What keeps me motivated is knowing that the work we do can make a difference in someone’s life, even if it is just for that moment. Seeing a family receive food, a student getting the supplies they need, or someone experiencing homelessness feel seen and valued reminds me why I started BOATT. My passion for serving others continues to fuel me, and if there is a need and I can help, I will continue to serve. It is only by the grace of God that I am not in their situation.
