About British Swim School Jacksonville Beaches – Orange ParkAt British Swim School Jacksonville Beaches - Orange Park we believe in ensuring that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer. We teach water survival techniques to all ages three months and beyond. Once our swimmers are "water safe", we transition their training to stroke development and refinement. We celebrate our students to ensure they are safe and happy swimmers.
What differentiates you from the competition?We are all partners in the life saving business. What makes us different is the concentration on water survival prior to stroke development. Additionally, we sing songs and provide a positive learning environment to celebrate the wins!
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Group lessons are our top selling services as we adhere to a 6:1 ratio for some classes where parents join the training, and for stroke development. We keep a 4:1 ratio when our instructors are teaching water survival without parents in the pool.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Water safety is our top priority. We teach our students what to do if they experience a water emergency and how to get to safety. Once they complete our stroke development training, they are ready for the big time on a swim team.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Reaching all of the Jacksonville area. Jacksonville is the largest city in the Sunshine State and establishing ourselves as a provider will take time.
