We do promotional calls , if you are wanting to run a special or get customers to return. We are a small business, we do not automate our calls to anyone. We understand the challenges and we work with the client not just for them.

What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?

CRM management and training and the next is the Appointment setting for salesteams.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

Take 20 minutes and play each roll in your sales team from low end to high end and see / listen and learn the real challenges. Most of them are truly costing you more, then you realize. It cost less to start over and fix then to keep on.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

I think that getting the word out and getting the smaller businesses to try the services I offer.
