If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

Seniors are no different than younger consumers. They don’t want to simply live out their lives comfortably. They want to be valued. They want the dignity and respect they deserve for their stage and position in life. And they want to thrive.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

Convincing marketers about the value of targeting seniors when selling their products or services, rather than younger people, as seniors will remain a prime consumer force for the next two decades.
