About EcoSmart Solution

EcoSmart Solution is a green energy services provider (Green ESP) of scalable, sustainable infrastructure for new real estate developments and retrofit solutions for existing buildings. For developers we design and deliver an innovative geothermal infrastructure combined with a comprehensive suite of distributed energy resources. For existing assets we deliver turnkey, bespoke carbon and energy reduction retrofits with benefits to owners, landlords, and tenants.

What differentiates you from the competition?

We are not just another energy consultancy: we were borne out of a real estate owner; so, we understand the underwriting of real estate deals. We provide deep engineering and financial expertise, and can provide a turnkey delivered solution.

What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?

We offer bespoke retrofit solutions for existing buildings delivering accretive energy and carbon reduction strategies. We also offer geothermal heating and cooling infrastructure to new residential communities (single and multifamily) affordably.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

Do something different. Regardless of the current administration’s goals, energy reduction will continue to be a focus in general over the next 3 decades; so do something different now and get ahead of your competition.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

The real estate industry is huge and the industry in general doesn’t like to do anything different. Our biggest marketing challenge is getting people to think differently about their engagement with their tenants or buyers of their buildings.
