What trends are currently shaping the construction industry? There is a lot of competition, frankly too many contractors and a lot of questionable work. Homeowners are getting multiple bids and looking for value as well

How are you implementing sustainable building practices? What we are doing , with the app, is letting homeowners make informed decisions, by us having some much of the leg work to make sure the person showing up is extremely qualified to do the scope of work you requested.

What challenges are you facing with labor shortages or supply chains? We fortunately have not seen that as much. The contractors we work with don’t sub out much labor and supply chain we have seen some increases with fuel costs higher. But prices have been fairly stable, and labor we have been fortunate with.

How do you ensure safety on your job sites? All of our contractors are liscensed, insured with workers comp and general liability

What role does technology play in your planning and execution? Wow, great question!
We are the only app driven company , that I’m aware of, that you can enter, track , both as a vendor and user, (homeowners) all the way though the process.

Can you describe a recent project that stood out to you? We are doing a job in ponte Verde beach and the entire scope of work, from windows and doors, to decks and roof and even electrical were placed with vetted contractors and the homeowner is thrilled.

What advice would you give to someone entering the construction field? Be cautious, don’t give things away, always finish the best of your ability and make your customers happy. You never know where your next job is coming from, so make sure the one your at done properly.
