Communication is key we are really available throughout the day. Taking responsibility, sometimes a mistake will happen, we are humans, we will not sweep it under the rug. Honesty, we want to provide the best service, even if we don’t benefit.

What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?

Knowledge and problem solving skills. Every problem has a solution in our space. We just have to figure out what that solution is. The solution can be quick, or long term, but there is always one.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

Doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion in this industry, is like going to a doctor. Whoever you decide will help you, make sure you trust them 100%.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

Getting realtors, title companies, and new construction builders to my educational classes to help them grow their business
