What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

Standing Out in a Crowded, Uncertain Market.
Economic Uncertainty & Buyer Hesitation.
High interest rates, inflation concerns, and economic volatility. Convincing hesitant buyers that building a new home is a smart, long-term investment.

What trends are currently shaping the construction industry?Better building materials, longer lasting products.

How are you implementing sustainable building practices?Making sure all of our partners are licensed and insured. Including frequent inspections and hiring private providers to avoid building delays.

How do you ensure safety on your job sites?We follow all OSHA guidelines and compliance. We have daily safety meetings before job commencement. Our superintendents are on our job sites daily supporting and supervising the workers.

What role does technology play in your planning and execution?We have projection floor plans that our clients can walk in and use in our office, which helps in how our clients will be using their spaces in the home.

Can you describe a recent project that stood out to you?We had a 40 year navy veteran that was taken for granted by a subcontractor and we came in and rescued the job.

What advice would you give to someone entering the construction field?Now is the time. With so much tradesmen retiring, there’s a huge need for new blood.
