If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

We can help reduce their software costs by up to 80% and give them greater functionalities – no compromise. Our goal is to make our clients succeed because that’s how we succeed. Many agencies in the industry just care about closing the quickest highest value deal. We don’t see our customers as a product, we see them as business partners.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

Reaching ‘real’ people. The use of AI has made it accessible for almost anyone to flood social media, email, sms, and even voice with generated content. Customers are harder to reach than ever before, but there is an opportunity and appetite for a more human approach.

What is the biggest operational challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? AI has become more than a competitive edge. It is now almost a requirement to compete. Mounting AI costs is having us shift from frontier vendors to in-house models.

What innovations are you most excited about in your field? Augmented reality, neuralink.

How do you approach problem-solving in complex engineering projects? Breakdown the goal to core components, define what the ideal state looks like, evaluate the current state, and define the transition plan.

What challenges are engineers facing in today’s landscape? AI is blurring the lines between senior, junior, and hobbyist engineers. The talent pool is muddied.

It is designed to function as a cognitive harness that help people interact with AI in a more human-friendly way by managing cognitive load, improving attention and recall.
