We offer 50 minute group sessions led by a nationally certified performance coach. Each session can allow our members to burn up to 1000 calories through the use of our Athletic-Based Training program; Which can be summarized as taking what athlete’s do in their training regiment, and catering it to the public. Each workout is designed to help our members build strength, lose fat, move better, and gain confidence.

What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Our Unlimited Membership Package. Members who sign up with us tend to come multiple times a week due to the different sessions offered throughout the week. Each session focuses on a different muscle group to keep each day new and fresh.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?It’s never too late to start on your fitness journey. Come to ISI and allow us to guide you onto the right path to changing your life.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Our biggest marketing challenge would be social media. We have been able to grow a little bit of a following but it’s been somewhat of a challenge to expand our reach.
