What makes your brand stand out in a crowded market? the focus is not on the product, but rather the solution to a common reoccuring problem

How are you incorporating sustainability into your products or services? sustainability starts with simplicity and efficiency. inSANDity is reusable and uses a very small amount of water to handle situations that would normally require much more, so it naturally encourages more mindful use of resources.

What role does customer feedback play in your innovation process? Customer feedback is huge—it shows me how people are actually using the product and helps guide what I improve or build next, which is one of the reasons I am in the process of developing an adapter that will make it compatible with more common, lower-cost water bottles

How are you adapting to e-commerce and digital retail trends? Very well, half our sales is through digital retail

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing your sector right now? The biggest challenge is attention. You can have a great product, but if people don’t immediately understand it or see where it fits into their life, you lose them pretty quickly.
