If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

Authenticity is the secret to sales.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

Online fatigue and algorithm changes. Marketing is incredibly straightforward, consistency is the key.

What is the biggest operational challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?: Growing recession indicators and inflation.

How do you see the role of performing arts evolving in today’s culture?: Demand for more human made music.

What inspires your creative process?: Joy and time in silence. Creating should not require effort.

How do you navigate the balance between art and commercial success?: I share my artistry online as if it is a physical product for sale. Many creators feel uncomfortable “selling” themselves online but forget they created their art for audience consumption. Removing these barriers allow for more creative expression and audience growth/interaction.

What’s been your most memorable project or performance and why?: I got to work shop a song I wrote on stage at a songwriter conference in LA last October and it was the most special experience to get her feedback and tweaks live.

How has technology influenced live performance and entertainment?: I don’t fear AI like many others, while I only make human made music, I believe assisted AI technology can assist artists to improve the quality of live or recorded performances by acting as a knowledge bridge between skills or tools they may lack. For example, when I can’t find certain settings when editing my music in Logic, I ask Claude to show me how to find it and unlock new tools or instructions I would have missed otherwise.

What advice would you give to emerging artists?: Own your publishing. Own your voice and your music.

How do you stay connected with your audience?: Social media and live performances
