If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

Justice impacted individuals truly deserve second chances and not second sentences. Creating more comprehensive reentry programs will positively impact recidivism and crime rates.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

Lack of national public broadcasting.
