Individualized plans for our participants. Great products and prices in our thrift store. Fresh, delicious food and outstanding service in our tearoom.

Hire an individual with different abilities it will benefit you and your business.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

Having the time and expertise to share important information with the community about our services and events.

How do you measure impact and success in your programs? Through growth in our individuals and our programs.

What are your biggest fundraising or outreach challenges? Time and staff

How do you build long-term relationships with donors and supporters? Through special events, newsletters, and updates.

What trends are influencing the nonprofit world today? Access to grant money and volunteer base.

Can you share a story that shows your mission in action? There are many. It is hard to chose one.

What keeps you motivated in this work? Helping parents and families keeps me motivated. There are so many things parents of special needs individuals need to learn about to help their individual now and in the future. If I can provide them the assistance they need to have peace of mind, it makes my day.
