Quantum ADR is an alternative dispute resolution practice where the CoFounders, Dr. Ashleigh Louis, a dual-licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist, and Jeff Soilson, a 30-year divorce and family law litigator, serve as Relationship Referees and provide online interdisciplinary CoMediation of internal and external disputes encountered by people in their personal and business lives.

CoMediation and Coaching, particularly in the areas of divorce, CoParenting, inheritance disputes, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

Through taking things into your own hands, and opting for alternative dispute resolution instead of litigation, you can prevent strangers from making important decisions having a tremendous impact on you and your family system.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

Quantum ADR’s continued growth of it’s brand, engaging in 2025 with three separate affiliates, including Mediate.Us, Arbitrate.Us and ConflictCoach.Us. Ashleigh and Jeff will continue to CoMediate as Mediate.Us focused on The Me in Mediation!
