If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

Contingency plans are only as good as the communication to those who will execute them. Few plan to die or become incapacitated. Plan and execute an estate plan as soon as possible, especially if you have kids and or a business.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

The biggest obstacle I will overcome is navigating the delicate balance between practicing law and practicing the business of practicing law. Practicing law and being in the business of law are two separate things.
