About Rotation DigitalRotation Digital is an end-to-end digital technology partner for mid-size and large companies ($10M–$15B in revenue). We advise, implement, and manage the full back-office technology stack across five practice areas: Technology Advisory, HR Technology (Syssero), Finance Technology (QueBIT), Sales Technology, and Data & AI. Our AIM methodology (Advise, Implement, Manage) keeps one accountable team on every engagement, from a board-ready assessment built on our Lighthouse platform through go-live and ongoing optimization. With 20+ years of experience, 500+ clients, and 2,500+ projects across ERP, EPM, HCM, CRM, and AI, we help organizations turn technology into measurable business performance.
What differentiates you from the competition? Most technology engagements are split between an advisory firm, an integrator, and a support team, and the client absorbs every gap. Rotation Digital covers all three. Through our AIM methodology, the same team that assesses your systems also builds and manages them, so nothing gets lost in handoffs. Our proprietary Lighthouse platform turns each assessment into a scored, board-ready roadmap and implementation blueprint. And because our specialist firms, Syssero in HR technology and QueBIT in finance analytics, sit under one roof, clients get deep domain expertise across the entire back office without managing multiple vendors.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers? Our Technology Advisory engagements, built on our proprietary Lighthouse platform, give leadership a scored view of their current systems, a prioritized roadmap, and an implementation blueprint in one board-ready deliverable, with clear costs attached. Unlike typical advisory work, the assessment becomes the implementation plan, delivered by the same team. Our AI LAUNCHPAD is a fixed-fee sprint that turns AI ambition into a funded, realistic roadmap. Across HR, finance, and sales technology, our
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Technology decisions shouldn't be a relay race. Rotation Digital is one accountable partner from assessment to go-live and beyond. The same team that advises you also implements and manages your systems across HR, finance, sales, and AI, so nothing falls through the cracks between vendors. You get a clear, board-ready plan, deep specialist expertise, and a partner that stays until the results show up in your business.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? Our biggest challenge is building awareness of Rotation Digital as a unified brand. Many clients know us through Syssero or QueBIT, but fewer recognize the parent company or understand that we can now deliver across HR, finance, sales, and data/AI in one engagement. We need to clearly communicate our "one firm, full accountability" story to mid-market executives who are used to piecing together separate advisors, integrators, and support vendors. We also need to turn single-practice relationships into multi-practice engagements, without weakening the specialist reputations Syssero and QueBIT have built.

What is the biggest operational challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? Our biggest operational challenge is integrating our acquired firms into one operating model. Syssero and QueBIT each came with their own tools, processes, and pricing. We need shared systems, standardized scoping and estimating, and consistent delivery so cross-practice engagements run smoothly. We also have to balance consultant utilization across practices, protect margins, and scale without losing the quality and culture clients rely on.

What is your approach to helping clients identify and solve key challenges? We start with a structured, scored assessment through our Lighthouse platform, so decisions rest on data rather than vendor pitches. We look at the client’s current systems, processes, and goals across HR, finance, sales, and data, and identify where fragmentation is costing them. That becomes a prioritized, board-ready roadmap with clear costs. Then the same team implements and manages the solution through our AIM methodology (Advise, Implement, Manage), so the plan doesn’t get lost in a handoff.

How do you tailor your coaching or consulting style to different industries? We’ve served 500+ clients in consumer products, healthcare, technology, energy, industrials, and other sectors, so we know that a manufacturer’s close process differs from a biotech’s workforce planning. We pair each client with consultants who know both the platform and the industry, many of whom have worked inside these systems as end users. Our assessment framework stays consistent, but the priorities, benchmarks, and recommendations reflect each industry’s regulations and operating realities.

What are the most common misconceptions about consulting? One misconception is that consultants deliver a recommendation and walk away. Too often that’s been true, which is why we built a model where the advisors also do the delivery. Another is that new technology alone fixes the problem. Real value comes from adoption, clean data, and ongoing optimization. A third is that consulting is only for large enterprises. Mid-market companies often gain the most from expert guidance, because they can’t afford a failed implementation.

How do you measure the success of your client engagements? We measure success by the business outcomes defined at the start of each engagement, not just by hitting go-live. These include faster financial close, better forecasting accuracy, higher system adoption, reduced manual work, and better decision-making speed for leadership. We also track on-time and on-budget delivery, client satisfaction, and renewals of our managed services. Long-term relationships and clients who expand into other practice areas are the strongest signs we’ve delivered.

What trends are influencing the future of consulting and coaching? AI is the biggest shift. Clients want practical, funded AI roadmaps rather than experiments, and they need clean, connected data first. We’re also seeing buyers consolidate vendors and favor partners who can take accountability across the whole stack. Fixed-fee and outcome-based pricing are replacing open-ended hourly engagements. And as software vendors change their partner models, consultancies that pair deep platform expertise with business advisory will stand out.

What’s the most rewarding part of your work? The most rewarding moment comes after go-live, when a client’s team stops fighting their systems and starts using them to make better decisions. We see finance teams close faster, HR leaders get real visibility into their workforce, and executives gain the confidence to act on their data. Because we stay engaged after implementation, we get to watch those results build over time, and many of our client relationships last for years.

What skills do you think are essential for future consultants or coaches? Technical depth still matters, but it’s no longer enough. Future consultants need business acumen to connect technology to financial outcomes, and data and AI literacy to help clients use new tools responsibly. They also need strong communication skills to translate complex options into clear choices for executives, and change management skills to drive adoption. Above all, they need ownership: the willingness to stay accountable for results, not just recommendations.
