What differentiates you from the competition?I have an entrepreneurial spirit with 25+ years of experience in sales, sales management, and executive leadership. I don’t consult, but instead do the work to build sales infrastructure and manage the team if needed, to grow.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?I drive sales revenue, which may include: Sales assessment and readiness to meet sales goals, sales infrastructure, development of sales strategy, implementation of the proper tools and process, assessing the sales team, training and coaching, incentive compensation plan development, delivery and/or review.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?I provide the owner or leader relief by building an infrastructure and/or managing the sales team if desired, which creates a lasting and efficient use of time and energy. This allows the owner/leader to focus on other areas, including personal goals to have a little more fun in life without sacrificing business goals or revenue growth.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Overcoming the fear that the VP level of services are not affordable or that “sales” is simply introducing a service or product to a prospect.
