About The Edge Beyondwww.swimlessonsuzi.com www.dogadog.org www.feeltheedgebeyond.com
What differentiates you from the competition?I combine Doga, swim instruction, movement innovation, performance, and spiritual coaching into one original wellness platform built around joy, safety, presence, and transformation.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers? My services are first-of-their-kind: private swim lessons, Doga, Paw of Attraction coaching, and The Edge Beyond all teach confidence, nervous-system regulation, and embodied joy.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?It is never too early or too late to learn, move, heal, swim, breathe, play, and step into the next version of yourself with joy.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?My biggest marketing challenge is clearly communicating that my work is not one single service, but a connected wellness platform: Swim Lesson Suzi, Doga, Paw of Attraction coaching, and The Edge Beyond.

What trends are shaping the health and wellness industry right now? **What trends are shaping the health and wellness industry right now?**
People are looking for wellness that feels real, personal, and sustainable. The biggest trends I see are nervous-system regulation, prevention, breathwork, mobility, water safety, animal-assisted wellness, and joyful movement that fits into everyday life.

**How do you approach holistic well-being with your clients or audience?**
I teach the whole person: body, breath, mindset, confidence, safety, and presence. Whether it is swimming, Doga, Paw of Attraction coaching, or The Edge Beyond, the goal is always alignment, joy, and learning how to feel safe in your own body.

**What challenges do you see in helping people sustain healthy habits?**
The biggest challenge is that people often try to force change instead of finding a rhythm that feels good. Sustainable wellness has to feel doable, enjoyable, and connected to real life, not like punishment or pressure.

**How do you tailor programs for different fitness or health needs?**
I meet each person where they are. A child learning to swim, an adult overcoming fear, a family wanting connection, or an athlete needing better movement all require different language, timing, pace, and emotional support.

**What role does technology play in supporting wellness today?**
Technology can help people learn, stay connected, schedule, watch videos, and receive support remotely. But the deeper work still happens through presence, attention, breath, movement, and human connection.

**Can you share a story of transformation you’ve witnessed?**
I have watched children arrive terrified of the water and leave proud, confident, and safe. I have also watched adults release fear they carried for decades. Those moments change families, not just swimmers.

**What motivates you in this industry every day?**
I am motivated by watching people remember what is possible. When someone learns to swim, move, breathe, connect with an animal, or trust themselves again, their whole life opens. That is why I do this work.
