About Us And Our Children, Inc (Kash Kids)Kash Kids is a nonprofit financial literacy organization that teaches K–12 students to master money skills early so they can lead struggle-free lives. Through fun, hands-on lessons, books, games, and real-world activities, students learn practical skills such as saving, budgeting, credit, entrepreneurship, and making smart financial decisions.
What differentiates you from the competition?Making financial literacy fun, culturally relevant, and practical. Our mobile model brings hands-on lessons, original books, games, and real-world experiences directly to K–12 students, helping them build money skills they can use immediately.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers? Our programs combine financial literacy with math, reading, and real-life decision-making. Students learn by doing, earn real money, and may even open their own savings accounts—turning lessons into lasting financial habits.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Every child deserves the chance to master money before money becomes a struggle. Kash Kids gives students practical, engaging financial skills they can use now and carry into adulthood.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? Our biggest marketing challenge is recruiting qualified teachers who enjoy a mobile teaching model. Demand is strong, but we need more educators to travel between program sites and help us serve our growing waiting list.

How is technology changing the classroom experience?Technology is making learning more interactive, personalized, and connected to real life. Through augmented-reality books, digital games, and creative tools, students can explore financial concepts and practice making decisions in engaging ways.

What challenges are educators currently facing post-pandemic?Educators are navigating learning gaps, attendance issues, shorter attention spans, behavioral challenges, and increased emotional needs—all while managing limited resources and burnout.

How do you support student engagement and well-being?We keep students engaged through games, storytelling, teamwork, real-world challenges, and opportunities to earn real money. We build well-being by creating a supportive space where students feel seen, capable, and confident about their futures.

What role does equity play in your educational approach?Equity is central to our work. We bring culturally relevant financial education directly to students who may not otherwise receive it, giving every child access to practical money skills, real earning experiences, and opportunities to save.

How are you preparing students for a rapidly changing world? We prepare students with adaptable, real-world skills: financial decision-making, critical thinking, creativity, entrepreneurship, and responsible technology use. They learn how to solve problems, evaluate choices, and confidently navigate change.

Can you share an initiative that has made a real impact? Our Earn-and-Save initiative lets students turn classroom participation into real money and gives them opportunities to open savings accounts. It transforms financial literacy from an abstract lesson into a habit they can practice and own.

What’s your vision for the future of education? The future of education must do more than prepare children to pass tests—it must prepare them to shape the world. Every child deserves the knowledge, confidence, financial power, and opportunity to choose their future, not simply survive it.
