UVE is a women-led organization serving land stewards across the Pacific Coast and Intermountain Region of the US with ecological monitoring services, succession planning and Holistic Management with the aim of repairing ecosystem health and relationships.

What differentiates you from the competition?

We focus on the social health of families and within organizations as we learned in our work that the health of the relationships of those caring for the land mirrors the state of the land. Most organizations in our space do not combine restorative practices with ecological monitoring. As a women-led organization, we have developed a special niche with women land owners and land stewards.

What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?

We identified a problem that most were sweeping under the rug. We saw that relationships needed repair before land could heal. We do the deep work of emotional processing and relational repair before we do the “above ground” work of financial planning and succession planning. Expect to cry when you work with us. Just kidding! (Kind of) 🙂

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

You know so much more that you think you do, you are amazing and the world needs you.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?

As a non-profit providing land based services we want to expand our capacity to work with land stewards with diverse financial means. We are working to build a network of supporters who will help us build our own financial reserves so that we have the capacity to expand our offerings.

What is the biggest operational challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? We are preparing for a growth phase at UVE, our organizational systems and team will be tested as we could, if awarded, begin a project that impacts about 300,000 acres across the Western US over three years.
