What differentiates you from the competition?We are the only company in the telemedicine space that has specialty physicians. Many orthopedic and spine patients need a physician and not just a physical therapist (although we love our PTs!)!

What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?We are physician-led and have a holistic approach for patients with orthopedic and spine conditions resulting in more appropriate utilization of advanced imaging (e.g., MRIs) and orthopedic and spine surgery! Better for patients/lower cost!

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?For payors who want to provide excellent musculoskeletal care to their members and lower costs by driving clinically appropriate utilization of imaging and surgery, Vori Health is the only telemedicine solution on the market!

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Customer Acquisition Costs---mailers are very expensive but not all patients, especially for seniors, do not have or use email.
