How long have you been in your industry?3 years
Why did you choose your industry?I chose this industry because I enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and creating opportunities that make a lasting impact. Whether it’s helping someone find the right property or helping businesses grow through trusted partnerships, I enjoy connecting people with solutions and seeing projects come to life.
Who are your typical clients?I work with business owners, commercial property managers, investors, real estate clients, and professionals who value strong relationships, clear communication, and dependable service. My goal is to become a trusted resource long before a project or transaction begins.
What do you like best about being in this industry? The relationships. Every conversation has the potential to create new opportunities, strengthen the community, and help someone accomplish a goal. I enjoy bringing people together, solving challenges, and watching ideas become reality.
What are common problems you see?Too many people focus on transactions instead of relationships. Clear communication, trust, and follow-through are often overlooked. The best results come from understanding clients’ long-term goals and consistently delivering on your commitments.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Choose a partner, not just a provider. Look for someone who communicates well, follows through on commitments, and is invested in your long-term success—not just the next transaction or project. Strong relationships, clear expectations, and trust lead to the best outcomes.
When is your busy season?activity typically increases in the spring and fall as businesses and clients prepare for new projects, investments, and growth initiatives.
What keeps you up at night?Making sure every client and partner receives the level of communication, integrity, and follow-through they deserve. I want every interaction to build trust and create lasting relationships.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?I focus on building authentic relationships through networking, referrals, community involvement, social media, and educational content. My goal is to provide value first, stay connected, and become a trusted resource people think of when opportunities arise.
How involved are you in the community?I serve through my local church, volunteer in community outreach efforts, mentor others, and enjoy connecting people through business, faith, and service. I believe strong communities are built through meaningful relationships and giving back.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Foodies Care and The Church of Eleven22 through its outreach initiatives such as Manos De Fe In Panama and Okoa Refuge in Uganda. Just to name a few organizations that support those less fortunate which have had a significant impact on my life.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Build relationships before you need them. Focus on serving people, keep your word, communicate well, and never stop learning. Your reputation will become your greatest asset.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me serving at my local church, spending time with family and friends, jumping out of planes, creating content, working out, or enjoying the outdoors.
