Why did you choose your industry?

Stumbled upon what looked like a great opportunity and took it as a way to retire from my 31 years in the textile industry.

Who are your typical clients?

Home services providers; electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc. Also medical/wellness/medspa facilities, assisted living communities, high end retailers (cars, boats, RV, jewelry, antiques, fine art), professional services (attorneys, financial advisors, etc.)

What do you like best about being in this industry?

The ability to help businesses grow and develop.

What are common problems you see?

Common misnomer that print is dead. Every youngster with a computer is now a social media advertising consultant. Businesses spend a huge amount of money on advertising that doesn’t work. Agencies’ emphasis on selling products over solutions.

What advice/tips do you have for clients?

Have a strategy!

Year round

What keeps you up at night?

Not growing fast enough. Remaining somewhaat stagnant.

How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?

Networking, email drip campaigns, website, social media lead gen advertising. More importantly, hiring CFM!

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?

Alighn with a strong company, don’t go it alone unless you have been there before, know exactly what you are doing and have capital to invest.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I don’t have much, but… fitness related activities, spending time with family.
