I have always been involved with the ocean in some way. We loved the aspect that this industry can, and does, change lives for the better, thereby improving the local community.

People starting their careers or people looking to change up their careers.

What do you like best about being in this industry?

Helping others realize their life goals of becoming 1) a professional and 2) becoming financially secure.

What are common problems you see?

shortage of qualified workers

What advice/tips do you have for clients?

Stay focused and work on up scaling your credentials as soon as you have the sea time to qualify.

working through the multiple hurdles of course writing and approvals

Our nonprofit raises money to help disadvantaged people with tuition
