Not going independent sooner. Not necessarily a failure, but something I wish I’d done differently.

How do you motivate people to give their best?
I don’t. I don’t believe you can motivate someone to give their best. You can perhaps give them temporary incentive. But, true motivation needs to come from within. The people that demonstrate that to me during the hiring process are the ones I choose to partner with.
