How is your ministry engaging with the community today?FCA engages the community by intentionally meeting coaches and athletes where they are most comfortable and where their identities are formed. By building trust and authentic relationships within athletic environments, FCA creates space for meaningful conversations, mentorship, and spiritual growth.

What role does technology play in spreading your message?Technology plays a significant role in advancing our mission. Through social media, email communication, video content, and digital storytelling, FCA is able to share testimonies, communicate opportunities for engagement, and stay connected with coaches, athletes, donors, and partners.

How do you support spiritual growth among your members?Spiritual growth is fostered through intentional relationships. FCA equips coaches and athletes with biblical teaching, spiritual resources, and mentorship, encouraging them not only to grow in their own faith but also to become disciples who make disciples.

What challenges are ministries facing in the modern world?Modern ministries face challenges such as a lack of genuine connection in an increasingly digital world and the spread of misinformation and false messages through social platforms. FCA remains committed to fostering authentic, relational discipleship grounded in truth and community.

What initiatives are you leading to serve vulnerable populations?One of FCA’s key initiatives is the All-Abilities Program, which serves coaches and athletes with disabilities. This program ensures that individuals of all abilities are welcomed, valued, and supported through faith-centered coaching, mentorship, and community.
