About Grab and Go Stress Solutions, LLCChampioning human potential through books, podcasts, courses, executive coaching, team development and stress management.
What differentiates you from the competition? The variety of services offered along with the personal touch of being a solo entrepreneur.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers? They serve the secular and the Christian market.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?You are not alone on this journey of life...all things are possible for those who believe. Having someone in your corner to remind your mind of what your soul always knows gives you that edge in life to overcome versus being overcome.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Because I have had my company for 25 years, by God's grace, word of mouth continues to produce new clients each year.

What is your approach to helping clients identify and solve key challenges? Active listening, being centered and objective and inquisitive.

How do you tailor your coaching or consulting style to different industries? Each industry is made up of human beings who have similar fears, self-doubts and worries. Depending upon the clients desired outcomes I navigate which tools serve the client best to achieve their desired outcomes.

What are the most common misconceptions about consulting? The consultant does not know it all, God does.

How do you measure the success of your client engagements? Feedback one sheet.

What trends are influencing the future of consulting and coaching? Different totems for each generation. The younger generation for example highly values recognition, being an influencer whereas the older generation value work ethic.

What’s the most rewarding part of your work? Seeing lives changed for the better…particularly when they reconnect to God.

What skills do you think are essential for future consultants or coaches? Active listening, being centered and objective, asking the well-posed question. Staying off the stage of the client’s drama so that you can guide them back to themselves and their fullest potential.
