How is your hospital addressing the growing demand for services?While we are not a hospital, we support hospitals and laboratories by improving efficiency and reducing the burden on clinical teams. Our rapid turnaround time, typically within 11–15 minutes, helps providers make faster decisions without having to independently interpret complex molecular diagnostic results. By embedding therapeutic guidance directly into lab reports, we streamline workflows and reduce the time clinicians spend researching treatment options. This scalability allows healthcare systems to handle higher volumes without compromising quality.

What challenges are you facing post-pandemic?Post-pandemic, the healthcare landscape is more competitive and technology-driven. There is increasing reliance on AI-only solutions, pressure on costs, and staffing shortages across healthcare settings. Additionally, antimicrobial resistance continues to rise, making stewardship more critical than ever. Our challenge is educating the market that pharmacist-driven expertise remains essential in ensuring safe, precise antimicrobial therapy.
