Foodies Care Announces Target Hope Friendraiser at Bullseye Gun to Benefit Neighbors Facing Food and Housing Insecurity

Jacksonville, FL (March, 3, 2026) – Foodies Care, a Jacksonville-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting neighbors experiencing food and housing insecurity, invites community and nonprofit leaders to its Target Hope Friendraiser on March 11, 2026. The event, hosted at Bullseye Gun (11083 Hood Canal Drive, Jacksonville, FL), runs from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and offers a fun, community-building shooting experience that raises vital funds for Foodies Care’s mission.

The Target Hope Friendraiser unites supporters for an afternoon of target shooting, networking and relationship building. Proceeds benefit Operation Barnabas and other local nonprofits addressing homelessness, housing insecurity and food insecurity. The event is made possible through the generous sponsorship of Coldwell Banker Anabasis Realty, whose commitment helps underwrite costs so more dollars directly aid those in need.

“We’re thrilled to bring people together in a unique way that fosters community spirit while raising awareness and resources for critical causes,” said Adrienne Yurisic, Founder of Foodies Care. “Target Hope reflects our belief that meaningful connections can spark hope and positive change for neighbors experiencing hardship.”

Operation Barnabas is a nonprofit dedicated to igniting positive transformation in the lives of veterans and first responders through faith, action and one-to-one mentorship. Rather than temporary solutions, Operation Barnabas guides individuals toward stable housing, employment and a supportive community. In recent years, the organization has helped hundreds find strategic assistance and expanded its impact with supportive housing initiatives in partnership with local groups.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with community leaders, learn about nonprofit initiatives and participate in safety demonstrations led by Bullseye Gun staff. Sponsorship and registration details are available at www.foodiescare.org/targethope.
