About Seeds of Love OutreachSeeds of Love Outreach is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization made up entirely of volunteers dedicated to compassionately helping those in need. We provide brand new essential items such as clothing, shoes, hygiene products, household goods, and more. Our services focus on homeless and low-income families in Northeast Florida, offering support as they work towards self-sufficiency. We're also dedicated to waking alongside many we help during their journey to self-sufficiency by providing encouragement, mentorship, and connections with other needed resources.
What differentiates you from the competition? We're not competing against anyone. We're simply doing our best to live out the mission God has called us to so that others would see and be drawn to Him.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?100% of what we distribute is free to those we help, and all items are brand-new. It's our way of helping to restore their dignity. In everything we do and provide, we want them to know they are a first thought, not an afterthought.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?You are seen, valued, and greatly loved!
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year? Our biggest challenge is a lack of space to fully operate out of. We don't have the knowledge or resources to effectively market a campaign to help obtain and sustain a more functional space.

What is the core mission of your organization? To compassionately serve and restore dignity to those in need

How do you measure impact and success in your programs?Testimonials from those we serve. Although quantity is not our highest priority, we do track number of individuals helped each month along with how some are progressing on their life journey

What are your biggest fundraising or outreach challenges? Lack of a fundraising and marketing team, along with funds for fundraising initiatives
Our greatest outreach challenge is a lack of space to store items until we can get them to those in need

How do you build long-term relationships with donors and supporters? We provide transparency in all we do including posts on social media, our website, and email newsletters. We would love to someday host annual appreciation lunches.

What trends are influencing the nonprofit world today?Demand seems to be rising faster than resources. Recurring, monthly giving is becoming even more critical.

Can you share a story that shows your mission in action? We met a young mother at one of our community outreaches who was overwhelmed struggling to provide for her family. She broke down in tears, sharing she couldn’t find work and felt ready to give up. Our team gathered around her with encouragement, prayer, essential supplies, and referrals for additional support. She arrived defeated but left with renewed strength. We saw her again a few weeks later where she surrendered her life to Christ. We provided “next steps” information and shipped a study bible to her home. Shortly after, she called to share she had finally secured a job! She was extremely excited and thanked us for standing with her during this time.

What keeps you motivated in this work?I’ve struggled with chronic pain for over 10 years and was medically retired in 2021. Serving others is truly medicine for my soul! It’s what keeps me going and gives me purpose.
