Our mission is simple: create memorable moments through elevated hospitality, connection, and legacy.
How has your business changed in the past 12 months?
Over the last 12 months, Emerald Embers has evolved from a mobile cigar service idea into a full luxury hospitality brand. We have refined our offerings for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, golf outings, and whiskey experiences; developed branded experiences, premium cigar selections, and concierge-level service standards; and begun building strategic relationships with event planners, venues, distilleries, and referral partners. We are also launching the Emerald Embers Founding 50 membership community to create lasting connections with individual and corporate supporters.
Describe a Failure in your Career
One failure I have learned from was waiting too long to act on ideas because I wanted every detail to be perfect first. In business, I have learned that preparation matters, but momentum matters too. That lesson changed how I lead: I now focus on starting with a clear vision, taking consistent action, listening to feedback, and improving as I go. Emerald Embers is a result of that growth—turning a vision into a real luxury hospitality experience.
What about your company makes you the most proud
What makes me most proud is that Emerald Embers is built around more than cigars—it’s built around hospitality, connection, and legacy. I am especially grateful for the friends who believed in my potential as an entrepreneur, encouraged me to pursue the vision, and supported me while it was still only an idea. Their belief helped give me the confidence to build something meaningful. Today, we create a welcoming experience where people can slow down, celebrate important milestones, and make genuine memories together.
How do you motivate people to give their best?
I motivate people by helping them see the purpose behind the work. When people understand that their role helps create a memorable experience for a client or guest, they take greater pride in the details. I lead with respect, clear expectations, appreciation, and accountability. I also try to recognize people’s strengths, give them ownership, and make sure they know their contribution matters to the bigger vision.
