About First Step TherapyFirst Step Therapy provides occupational, speech, feeding, and physical therapies. We offer services in both clinic and community settings. We have 7 clinic locations in Kissimmee, Winter Haven, Lakeland, Eustis, Leesburg, Longwood, and Orange City. We also service 10 counties in the Central Florida area, including Osceola, Polk, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Sumter, Marion, Seminole, Volusia, and Brevard counties. We provide early intervention services through the Early Steps program as well. We offer intensive therapy programs, such as intensive feeding and TheraSuit method, with highly skilled and trained therapists.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?We strive to provide services to all clients in need. If a parent ever has questions about the process or what each therapy can provide, we are always available to answer questions.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Our most challenging area is hiring skilled therapists to keep up with the community's growing need for services to continue serving new clients.
