What role do drones and unmanned systems play in your strategy? Not much today, but in the future, there might be opportunities in part 135 with Electric, vertical takeoff and landing air

What are the top skills needed in the aerospace workforce today? I think the most important top skill is you need to be a good person. You need to follow your dreams and not so much the money so you can have empathy you can care about people and you can provide a service that they will respect and appreciate.
