Currently, how we use universal worker concepts allows residents and caregivers to build rapport a stronger level it also assists with gaps in communication which can be a huge issue in larger facilities.

What strategies are in place to retain and support healthcare workers? Retention is difficult as is employee acquisitions. You can’t just throw money at them it only last for so long. It’s the smaller things like knowing names, the holidays, giving accolades, being grateful showing through actions not just words.

How do you ensure compassionate care across all departments? Universal worker concepts allow us to move from department to department without losing the reason we do what we do and that is compassion for caring for someone.
