What do you like best about being in this industry?Developing trusted relationships

What are common problems you see?Business owners understand their profession and industry well, but often lack the knowledge or ability to foster strategic growth. Additionally, it is very common that they don't invest the money necessary to win!

What advice/tips do you have for clients?Identifying the specifics of who your target audience is, what action you want them to take by when along with the annual monetary value of each customer is critical in creating a successful marketing and advertising campaign that drives results.

When is your busy season?It varies depending on the type of business and their peak/slow seasons.

What keeps you up at night?Keeping projects moving from concept to execution so nothing gets lost in translation.

How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?By leaning into the established brand power and frameworks of the CFM network, and pairing that with hands on, relationship driven outreach to expand my footprint locally and regionally.

How involved are you in the community?I love coaching high school and college rodeo athletes. I'm also active in our local church, and I look forward to expanding that involvement into future mission focused work both locally and abroad.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Focus relentlessly on relationships over quick wins. Tools, frameworks, and networks give you a great foundation, but long term growth in this space is built entirely on trust, credibility, and actually delivering on what you promise.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Anything outdoors is my passion, primarily involving horses. I also love to garden and I enjoy spending time in the mountains.
